Claim Window: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us at support@theroyalnotch.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Mandatory Proof: To process your claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the product being unboxed from its original, sealed packaging. Please also include pictures of the product and the packaging with your claim.
Resolution: Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, we will resolve the issue promptly, typically by replacing the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us unless specifically instructed by our support team.
Yes, an unboxing video showing the product in its original, sealed packaging is mandatory for any claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be approved.
If the package you receive appears tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner. Report this to us immediately at support@theroyalnotch.com so we can take the necessary action.
For Approved Claims: If a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is not possible, a refund will be processed. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
For Failed Online Transactions: In the case of a failed online transaction, refunds are automatically processed to the source account, typically within 7 working days. If you haven’t received a refund for a failed transaction after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be eligible for replacement if found to be defective or damaged. Sale items cannot be refunded or replaced.
To return your product for an approved exchange, you should first contact us at support@theroyalnotch.com for instructions. You will be asked to mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
